Before working for the Winrock Group, Will served on the staff of U.S. Senator John Boozman in both his Washington, DC and Arkansas offices from 2011 until 2016. He served as a Legislative Correspondent in Senator Boozman’s Washington, D.C. office, concentrating on a portfolio of issues including the budget, taxes, labor, small business, agriculture, and homeland security, before being promoted to Projects Director for western Arkansas. As Projects Director, Will handled major infrastructure and economic development projects affecting communities in western Arkansas; acted as liaison between constituents and the Corps of Engineers and Interior Department agencies; handled water, wastewater, and land issues; and spearheaded special projects for Senator Boozman.
Will began his career with the Boozman for Senate campaign in 2010 as aide to then-U.S. Representative John Boozman, where he traveled with the Congressman, handling travel, meals, and lodging on campaign trips, providing snacks and other necessities, meeting with and following up with campaign supporters on behalf of the Congressman, and accompanying the Congressman to formal and informal engagements. After the 2010 election, Will examined regulatory policy and investigated issues affecting the free market at the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think-tank based in Washington, D.C.
Will earned an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 2018, during which time he helped co-found a startup, Uchooze Lunchbox, and raised money from potential investors. In May of 2023, he earned his master’s in real estate from Georgetown University. He is also involved in numerous civic and volunteer organizations.
