Tuan Nguyen

Tuan H. Nguyen is Managing Director and Private Advisor at Rockefeller Capital Management.  He is responsible for helping lead the efforts in the Mid-Atlantic Region by closely advising families in all aspects of their financial life. As a Senior Client Advisor, he is a steward of his clients’ s family wealth and values for their future generations.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Tuan was Executive Director and Senior Investment Specialist at the JPMorgan Private Bank. In this role, he advised families in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Ohio. Tuan previously served as Executive Director and Market Investment Team Leader in the Bank’s New York office, where he led a team of investment personnel responsible for advising Hedge Fund Principals, one of the fastest growing and best performing teams in the Private Bank. Tuan has a distinguished career having worked at Smith Barney, Citigroup Global Markets, Prudential Securities and IDS Financial Services.

Tuan believes in “paying it forward” and serves on the Board of Winrock International and the Corporate Advisory Council at the Barnes Foundation. Additionally, he also serves on the Advisory Boards of Summer Search Philadelphia, The Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, The Asian Arts Initiative and the Asian American Studies Scholarship at University of Maryland College Park.  Tuan is a former mentor with Philadelphia Futures. Tuan earned a B.A. in Economics from University of Maryland College Park.
