Trent Cowles, CIMA®, CPM®, CPWA®

Trent joined Rockefeller in February of 2023 after spending thirty-one years with Merrill as a Wealth Management Advisor, Global Institutional Consultant and Senior Portfolio Manager.  He joined Merrill in 1992 after obtaining his B.A. in Economics from Indiana University with Phi Beta Kappa academic honors. Trent earned the CPWA(r) (Certified Private Wealth Advisor) certification from IMCA (r) in 2018, the CPM (r) Certified Portfolio Manager certification from the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers in 2012, and the CIMA (r) Certified Investment Analyst certification from IMCA (r) in 2003. He applies his extensive experience to help select individual and institutional clients grow and preserve wealth to enrich families and communities.

Trent has served the community of central Indiana in various board member and advisory capacities throughout his career and currently serves as immediate past board chair of the Harrison Center for the Arts
