With over two decades of industry experience, he focuses on helping business owners and entrepreneurs plan and execute successful transition strategies, including full exits, majority or minority sales, or generational transitions.
Price, Process, and People––that’s how Taylor defines the business succession process. His team helps clients understand how to maximize their company’s value, prepare their business, leverage Rockefeller Capital Management’s senior investment bankers, and coordinate with clients’ attorneys and accountants to help them orchestrate a successful transaction.
After graduating from North Carolina State University, Taylor began a career in wealth management in 2001 with PaineWebber, which was soon after acquired by UBS. In 2007, he joined Morgan Stanley’s wealth management division. Throughout his career, Taylor has expanded his knowledge by earning a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA) designation, Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA) designation, Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA) designation, and by being a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association™ (IMCA). Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys running, coaching baseball, serving on the board of Let Me Run, and spending time with his wife Beth and their children, Oliver, Sullivan, and Harper.
