Patricia Solfaro

General Counsel, Rockefeller Business Lines

Patricia Solfaro is a Managing Director and General Counsel of the Rockefeller Business Lines at Rockefeller Capital Management.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Solfaro was the General Counsel for the parent company to a Network of Independent Broker Dealers as well as serving on the firm’s Executive Committee.  Previously, Solfaro was the Head of Wealth and Investment Management Compliance at Barclays and Credit Suisse and served as the Head of Private Banking Litigation while at Credit Suisse. She has provided legal and compliance counsel to a variety of other financial institutions throughout her 20+ year career, both in her own compliance consulting practice and in private legal practice.

Patricia started her career as a law clerk to the Honorable William M. D’Annunzio of the N.J. Appellate Division in 1998 upon graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law.
