Neil Kvasnak

Neil Kvasnak joined Rockefeller Capital Management in July 2022 as Senior Vice President and Private Advisor with Parker, Kvasnak & Associates.   Neil advises businesses and high net-worth individuals in Corporate Finance and Financial Planning, including business succession, forecasting cash flows, tax and retirement planning, and in specific cases, he assists multi-generational families with trusts, estate plans and wealth transfer.

For over 30 years, Neil has worked in both investment management and corporate banking institutions including Merrill Lynch, UBS, Keybank, First Union (now Wells Fargo) and Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase).

Neil takes a deep interest in what is important and relevant to his clients and works closely with them to customize strategies that match their unique priorities.

A graduate of Middlebury College and a global citizen, Neil is inspired by the stories and experiences he has gathered living throughout the United States and Europe. Outside of work, he enjoys reading historical nonfiction and being outdoors skiing, fly fishing, kayaking and practicing yoga.
