Josef Najar is a Private Advisor and Managing Director at Rockefeller Global Family Office. As the team’s leader, Josef Najar works closely with ultra-high net worth clients, their CPAs and attorneys to create highly customized, comprehensive wealth management plans. Focusing primarily on investment and risk management for the team’s clients, Josef oversees client portfolios, asset allocations, investment selection processes, and the application of sophisticated option strategies customized to address clients’ personal behavioral investment biases. With the support of the team, Josef oversees a comprehensive recurring review of the teams’ portfolios relative to clients’ goals and market environments.

Prior to Rockefeller, Josef was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley leading the Carrier Group. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Josef worked in the asset management divisions of Bank of New York and Goldman Sachs, and served as a Director at Credit Suisse, leading one of the firm’s fastest growing wealth advisory teams.

Josef received a B.A. from Hamilton College, studied financial markets at the London School of Economics and went on to earn an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Celia, and two children, Georgina and Vivian.
