Jorge Garcia

Jorge joined Rockefeller in January of 2023. Prior to Rockefeller, Jorge managed business development and sales strategy for the South Texas Market which includes branches in Corpus Christi, Waco, Bryan/College Station, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. He has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Over the course of his career he has led teams in risk, operations, and sales departments. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and was awarded departmental honors after completion of his thesis. Jorge’s passion professionally is doing whatever is required of him to ensure the success of his clients, colleagues, and community.

Jorge is happily married to his wife Linda and resides in Austin, Texas with their two children.

When not working hard at Rockefeller or spending quality time with family, you may catch him enjoying a run, playing basketball, cooking and eating great food of all types, watching a great movie or helping support the national non-profit Zero-The End of Prostate Cancer, being an algebra tutor at Austin Partnerships in Education (APiE) or delivering meals for Meals on Wheels.
