With a robust foundation in finance and a creative flair, Heather brings over 12 years of diverse experience in the financial service industry. She attended the University of Kentucky, and began her career as a mortgage underwriter at JP Morgan Chase, where she honed her analytical skills and attention to detail. Following this role, Heather spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley, advancing through several positions including Operations Associate and Business Service Officer. Most notably, she served as the Complex Business Service Officer for the Boca Raton, FL and Buckhead, GA Complexes, where she was instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing client service. In addition to her financial expertise, Heather has a deep passion for design, which she channeled into a successful small business. This entrepreneurial venture allowed her to express creativity and connect with clients in a unique way, further enriching her professional journey.

Residing in Milton, GA, Heather enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, Derek, and their children, Rylie and Reid. As a family, they love the opportunity to travel, pursuing adventures that include hiking and skiing. Heather is committed to blending operational excellence with innovative solutions.
