Elaine Powell

Elaine W. Powell is a Private Advisor and Managing Director in the Family Office of Rockefeller Capital Management. Elaine leads a team that provides comprehensive advice and services to ultra-high net worth individuals, families and family offices. She has deep expertise in multi-generational planning, tax strategy, philanthropy, trusts and estates, cash flow planning and investment advisory. She has experience working with multiple generations and assists her families with succession planning by coordinating family meetings. Elaine also has extensive experience in charitable planning and private foundation administration.

Elaine previously worked at The Ayco Company, a Goldman Sachs, Company for over twenty years. In this role, she led a team of advisors that serviced multiple ultra-high-net-worth families, in addition to serving on several committees focused on women and diversity initiatives. She was a founding member of the Women’s Diversity Network. Prior to joining Ayco, Elaine worked at KPMG, LLP in the Audit division.

Elaine has Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
