Drew is a Private Advisor and Senior Vice President for Preston, Swedlund & Turbitt Wealth Partners at Rockefeller Global Family Office. For over 20 years, Drew has been helping clients to create and implement personalized wealth management strategies.
Drew uses the Team’s proven planning process to define what success, happiness, and fulfillment means for each client. Through ongoing communication, Drew builds customized strategies with each client’s desired outcomes in mind.
Many goals are planned years in advance and Drew loves celebrating with his clients when those goals become reality. Unfortunately, life isn’t always a straight line. It’s the unexpected pivots and challenges in life where the strength of Drew’s relationships with clients can be seen most vividly. “My highest honor in this profession is when clients stop seeing me as just their investment manager and start seeing me as their trusted friend and advocate. Being one of the first calls they make to celebrate wins, discuss opportunities, or to talk through difficulties is why I do this every day.”
Drew is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). His specialty is helping Founders prepare for their exit transactions from a personal, financial and business readiness standpoint. Successful exits include several professionals working together. Drew serves as the quarterback building and coordinating a unified team of professionals around the client. He is happy to work with the client’s existing professionals, and make introductions where needed. Successful exit planning often starts years in advance of the transaction and includes proactive tax, estate, and gift planning. The Team’s planning process includes specialists from the Rockefeller Global Family Office as subject matter experts in this holistic process.
Drew is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Dallas and two children. Drew is a strong believer in the mission and purpose of the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Drew started mentoring his little brother, Reuben shortly after he turned 11. Reuben overcame a difficult childhood and attended Harvard University on a full scholarship. He graduated in May of 2017 and went on to complete his Masters Degree from Harvard. Reuben is considered a part of Drew’s family.
