Chuck Burke

Chuck Burke is the Co-Head of the Rockefeller Center for Wealth Solutions and Co-Chief Operating Officer of the Rockefeller Global Family Office. He is a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Management and Risk committees. Chuck oversees a diverse group of businesses and advisory groups that partner closely with Rockefeller’s Private Advisors to help clients manage their financial lives holistically, including wealth strategy and planning, philanthropic advisory, fiduciary services as well as family office solutions including tax preparation, financial reporting, foundation administration and bill concierge.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2024, Chuck served as Global Head of Marketing for Morgan Stanley Investment Management overseeing all aspects of institutional and intermediary marketing including content development, product marketing, digital marketing, advertising, creative and brand management.

Chuck is a champion of inclusion efforts, including serving as an active member of Rockefeller’s Pride group and previous co-chair of the Morgan Stanley Pride & Ally Network.

Chuck started his career at Merrill Lynch, where he spent nearly ten years in a variety of roles in finance, corporate development, corporate banking and risk management.

Outside of the office, Chuck is a member of the Board of Directors of HealthRight International and is a member of the City of New Rochelle’s Planning Board. He is a past President of the New Rochelle Public Library Board of Trustees.

Chuck graduated with a B.A. in economics from Fairfield University and serves on the Advisory Board for the Dolan School of Business.
