Carissa Morganstein

Carissa L. Morganstein is a Private Advisor and Managing Director in the Rockefeller Global Family Office. She joined Rockefeller as a Private Advisor where she leads a team that offers comprehensive financial services to ultra-high-net worth families. She has a deep expertise in trust and estates, multi-generational planning, tax strategy, philanthropy, cash flow planning, and investment advisory.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Carissa was an account manager in the family office unit at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company. In this role, she served as an advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families in addition to serving on several committees focused on next generation leaders, and women and diversity initiatives. Carissa started her career in law, both as a lawyer and senior legal liaison, before joining Ayco in 2010.

Carissa has a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law, where she concentrated in estate and trust law with a secondary focus in federal income, gift and estate taxation.
