Rachel Portuondo

Rachel Portuondo is a Client Associate at Rockefeller Global Family Office. Prior to Rockefeller, Rachel was a Client Associate with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Chesterfield, Missouri. She joined Merrill in 2021 with ten years of client service and management experience.

Rachel believes that strong client relationships are developed through clear communication and excellent service. She finds tremendous satisfaction in giving clients a positive experience with each interaction – demonstrating her professional work ethic and personal reliability with a “can do” attitude.

Rachel brings a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication, and attention to detail to her interactions with clients, and assists in a variety of administrative, operational, and account support functions. In addition to coordinating client meetings, she also helps optimize online and digital service experiences.

Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma’s alumni chapter in St. Louis. Rachel and her husband, Nico, reside in St. Louis with their two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family in Washington, Missouri and taking annual trips to visit her husband’s family in Madrid, Spain and Nassau, Bahamas.
