Ann is a Private Advisor and Managing Director at Rockefeller Capital Management. She started working in financial services in 2004, and prior to Rockefeller spent over 16 years at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Ann is the founder of the Durrani Wang Group and is passionate about investment strategy and portfolio construction. Her team provides purposeful and focused wealth management solutions.
Ann began her career at Nestlé in a exclusive management program. From there she moved on to one of Del Monte’s largest businesses where she was one of their youngest managers.
She has served as a repeat guest speaker for organizations such as The Cornell Entrepreneur Network (CEN), The California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She was also a member of Legal Aid of Marin’s Financial Abuse Expert Team, which is a network of local investment professionals who volunteer to educate the public and advise the Marin Country District Attorney’s Office and Adult Protective Services.

Ann graduated from Cornell University, where she fully paid her own way, obtained Dean’s List recognition, and received her B.S. in Business. While at Cornell she worked as a Statistics Teaching Assistant. She is a graduate of H&R Block’s Income Tax Course.
In her personal time Ann enjoys mixed martial arts and real estate investing. Originally from New York, she and her husband and daughter now reside in Mill Valley.
