Angus West

Angus West is a Wealth Manager and Senior Vice President within the Global Family Office of Rockefeller Capital Management.

Mr. West brings over 35 years of experience in high-net worth client wealth management, inter-generational trust and estate planning, and family office governance, investment policy, philanthropy, operations and risk management.

Mr. West consults to family offices, ultra-high-net worth families, trustees and private foundations. His family office consulting work centers on the coordination of the in-house and outsourced investment management and infrastructure needs. Mr. West’s work focuses on optimizing the family’s long-term investment, tax and personal goals, and creating an overall structure, asset allocation and investment selection strategy that is tailored to each.

Mr. West holds a B.A. and J.D. from Harvard University. He is significantly involved in the Boston area and Squam Lake N.H. communities, contributing to, and serving on, several non-profits’ governance and investment committees. He also works part-time with his own family office, West Family Wealth Advisors.
