Laura Rockefeller

Laura Rockefeller is a passionate climate advocate with expertise in international energy transitions and environmental policy. A graduate of Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, she specialized in international politics with a focus on Africa. Laura’s professional journey includes roles at BloombergNEF and the U.S. Department of State, where she worked on clean energy adoption in emerging markets and critical mineral diplomacy. Laura has enjoyed getting involved in New York by running the 2024 New York City marathon and engaging in grassroots climate advocacy & organizing with Extinction Rebellion NYC, where she volunteers in media & outreach. Laura loves spending time outdoors, and has served with AmeriCorps as a forestry volunteer, where she worked on wildfire risk mitigation and habitat restoration. Laura enjoys yoga, camping and outdoor challenges, and Wikipedia deep dives.
