Ashley McCarthy

Ashley McCarthy is General Counsel of Corporate & Enterprise and Corporate Secretary of Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Ashley was in private practice, most recently as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, where she specialized in executive compensation. Ashley also worked as an associate in the Executive Compensation Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis, where her practice focused primarily on the executive compensation aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Ashley received a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
