Katie Fanaroff, AAMS®

Katie joined Rockefeller Capital Management in December 2023 as Team Director of Operations. She has been in the wealth management industry for nearly a decade and specializes in assisting ultra-high net worth individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Originally from Boston, Katie graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing. She started her career at Bloomberg LP in New York City as a Financial Sales and Analytics representative – exploring both the buy-side and sell-side of the industry. When she relocated to Washington D.C., she started her career in wealth management, and it quickly became a passion.

She has experience working at small, large, and boutique private wealth firms and was most recently at First Republic Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase. She has held client service, relationship management, and internal strategy roles and prides herself in delivering the highest quality service to clients. She believes this white-glove approach is achieved via comprehensive planning, managing wealth with precision and care, and implementing a foundational practice rooted in operational and process efficiency.

Katie is fully licensed and earned her Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation in 2018.  She lives in Potomac, Maryland and values family time with her husband, son, and dog. In her free time, she also enjoys exercising, reading, and traveling.
