Carl Pavlich

Carl joined Rockefeller in January of 2023. Prior to Rockefeller, Carl was with UBS for 9 years and had a diverse 40 plus year career in the financial industry, which began in 1980 at Rotan Mosle Inc. For the next 19 years, he focused on all aspects of business operations and client services at Smith Barney. Following that firm’s merger with Citigroup, Carl furthered his already diverse experience as part of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Global Stock Plan Services. He then joined the newly formed corporate stock plan division as a senior manager and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Outside of work, Carl is involved in a number of charitable pursuits, including fund raising for the San Antonio Food Bank, Komen Race for the Cure and the United Way. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married for over 35 years. They have three wonderful daughters, two of whom are teachers, following in their mother’s footsteps. Carl also enjoys spending time with his granddaughter and traveling with his family.
